FITNESS PROGRAM 

The ThirdSpace basic program offering that is far from basic.  A three day a week program for those that truly understand the value that physical and mental development contributes to overall well being and happiness.  The Fitness program includes three reserved home classes a week in the fitness methodology (CrossFit, TRX/Kettlebell, Barre or Yoga) that best supports a members goals.  Fitness program members receive preferred rates on additional classes.

LIFE PROGRAM

A total transformation program that supports you in every aspect of your life.  The Life program supports our members with an unlimited  weekly exercise program, optional nutritional counseling and a bi-monthly progress evaluation with a fitness concierge.  Life program members will receive a preferred rates on education seminars, personal training and retail.

 

Weekend Warrior

Love ThirdSpace but can only make it in for the weekend. Want to take more than 1 class per weekend (maybe more than 1 per day?) This price beats the drop in rate.
