FITNESS PROGRAM 

The ThirdSpace basic program offering that is far from basic.  A three day a week program for those that truly understand the value that physical and mental development contributes to overall well being and happiness.  The Fitness program includes three reserved home classes a week in the fitness methodology (CrossFit, TRX/Kettlebell, Barre or Yoga) that best supports a members goals.  Fitness program members receive preferred rates on additional classes.

GOALS PROGRAM 

A program for the goal oriented member that needs a little more than our standard Fitness program.  This program addresses the medium and long term goals of the members through a 3 home classes a week in the methodology of their choice plus two additional classes in our complimenting programs, quarterly goals monitoring with a fitness concierge, a yearly complimentary seminar and two recovery sessions per month.  Additionally, goals program members will receive preferred rates on additional classes and personal training sessions.

LIFE PROGRAM

A total transformation program that supports you in every aspect of your life.  The Life program supports our members with a 5 day a week exercise program, nutritional counseling, bi-monthly progress evaluation with a fitness concierge, and a monthly personal training session.  In addition, the Life program members will receive a preferred rates on education seminars, personal training and retail.
